• How do I order my dress online?

To order from Pzaz online, please browse our extensive collection for the dress of your choice. Click on that dress, and fill out the drop boxes requested. Be sure to use the size chart given, since each designer has its own. Choose your color and size, and click ADD TO CART. In your shopping cart, a picture of the dress in the size and color you have chosen is shown. Click CHECK OUT to confirm order. Fill out SHIPPING ADDRESS and BILLING ADRESS. We will askyour "Wear Date", which is the date of actual event. This information is needed to asure availibility and time in transit. Your order CAN NOT be processed without this information. The "Occasion" question and "Comment Box" are optional. We ask that your review the ONLINE SALES POLICY BEFORE TIME OF PURCHASE. Click PROCESS/ CONFIRM ORDER. You will recieve an e-mail confirmation between 24 and 72 hours after your order. Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED untill we varify availity and "Wear Date".

  • How long will my order take?

Any dress IN STOCK is shipped within 72 hours. You will recieve this information in an e-mail. Any dress NOT IN STOCK will be shipped in time of "Wear Date". SPECIAL ORDERS take from 2-12 weeks, depending on the dress. We will contact you within 24 hours to let you know the status and availibity before this order is confirmed and your credit card is charged.   • What is a "Special Order"?

A "Special Order" dress is an item that is NOT IN STOCK. This dress would need to be made especially for you, in your color and size.

  • What is a "Wear Date"?

A "Wear Date" is the ACTUAL date of event. You can also use "Wear Date" for the last possible day you are comfortable with recieving this item.

  • How do I know my size?

Each manufacturer has its own sizing chart. We recomend you measure your bust, waist and hips, then consult the corresponding designer chart. If you are unsure, or fall inbetween two different sizes, we recomend you go UP a size, since a dress canalwaysbe altered.

  • What type of credit cards do you take?

Mastercard, American Express, Visa and Discover credit cards.

  • Do you have a store to try on the items?
